Berkeley Student Cooperative

This major remodel and structural retrofit of a 60,000 square foot building for The Berkeley Student Cooperative’s Main Offices, Central Kitchen Facility, and 100+ occupant student residence hall included the installation of a new 4-stop Elevator, new commercial kitchen, and seismic strengthening of the existing steel superstructure. Kaufman Construction has also completed more than $6,000,000 of renovation work for this organization’s 26 residence halls over the past 9 years.
